"Rooms were outdated and repairs were cheaply done. Toilet was leaking from the bottom. Snow removal was less than adequate. Making parking difficult and due to the lack of space making maneuvers around the hotel difficult the parking lot was slippery and icy. The room was clean. The heat never shut off making the room uncomfortably warm. "
